My classroom is full of curious first graders! We have times for talking and quiet times for work and reading independently. I have a behavior chart that allows students to clip up and down in accordance with his/her behavior. Students will mark in their daily calendar the color that they have ended on during the day. Colors represent a range from outstanding to parent contact. I believe that students should be given a chance to correct their behavior throughout the day. I will always contact you if a behavior needs correcting our is developing into a continued problem! Thanks for your support!
